February, 2024 ACTIVITIES
1st Week
  • The QEC will review the SARs and proceed in accordance with the HEC-QAA Self-Assessment Manual.
2nd Week
  • Assessment Team Visit (SAR)
3rd Week
  • QEC will create an activity plan based on HEC requirements and communicate the date of the evaluators’ visit, which will be communicated to all academic and administrative HODs regarding IPE.
4th Week
  • The findings of SARs are shared with the appropriate departments.
January, 2024 ACTIVITIES
1st Week
  • QEC plans for Self-Assessment Reports to be prepared
2nd Week
  • Conduct an internal meeting for SAR’s
  • To communicate with the Deans and HOD to form Program Teams (PT) for Self-Assessment Reports
3rd Week
  • QEC Presentation on SARs’ preparation for PT
  • Faculty are required to submit faculty course review reports and course specification templates.
4th Week
  • The programme team starts working on SARs and QEC provides guidance.
December, 2023 ACTIVITIES
1st Week
  • Circulate Faculty Evaluation Survey by Academic Department.
  • Conduct a survey of graduating students prior to the 2023 Convocation.
2nd Week
  • Employer surveys are being conducted.
  • Conduction of an alumni survey
3rd Week
  • Conduction of a Faculty Satisfaction Survey Faculty Resume
4th Week
  • Survey analysis
November, 2023 ACTIVITIES
1st Week
  • Under the supervision of Director QEC, the team will complete a report based on IPE standards and statistical data.
2nd Week
  • QEC will conduct observations on MS, M.Phil. and Ph.D. reviews.
3rd Week
  • The report will then be forwarded to the Deans of each faculty, which will be forwarded to the VC and President of Iqra.
4th Week
  • Take corrective actions and document the activity (M.Phil & Ph.D. Review).
October, 2023 ACTIVITIES
1st Week
  • Formation of Concerned Authority & Departmental Team for IPE Standard Revision
2nd Week
  • Circulate information required for IPE to concerned Deans and HODs. The teams of each department will start working on their IPE standards in coordination with QEC
3rd Week
  • Attend online events organized by various institutions
4th Week
  • Completion of the UPR report before the HEC visit that will be held in the month of December 2023 tentatively
September, 2023 ACTIVITIES
1st Week
  • QEC to make an activity plan as per HEC requirements and communicate it to all campuses of Iqra University
  • QEC to email the program review proformas to all departments offering MS, M.Phil., and PhD programs through the VC/President’s Office
2nd Week
  • Departments to provide filled forms along with relevant annexures to QEC
3rd Week
  • QEC will review MS, M.Phil. and Ph.D. proformas and seek correction from relevant departments.
4th Week
  • QEC will invite an external member, to review MS, MPhil, and Ph.D. proformas.
