Biography

Naima Aslam Khan is a trained Psychologist. She is a corporate assessor and has been working as an assessor at the assessment centers run by Insolito Associates for GlaxoSmithKline, ICI and Management Excellence for Syngenta since 2010. She is a Licensed Practitioner of NLP™, Certified Hypnotherapist™, and Transformation Mind Technologies Practitioner (USA). Naima has worked as a Psychologist at Civil Hospital Karachi and Karwan-e-Hayat, Psychiatric Care and Rehabilitation Centre, Kaemari. Contributing as a freelancer for Dawn Group of Newspapers since 2000 and as a Graphologist (Handwriting and Signature analyst) for the News, US magazine for the Youth 2010. She has served as an affiliate at Dialogue: An Interactive Forum for gaining insight into human psychology in 2011 and was part of a kids’ summer program. She has taught A Level Psychology at Saint Michael’s Convent School with 99% of her students scoring A* in Cambridge exams.

She has been involved in the assessment, teaching and counseling of students for the past 13 years in various educational institutes including Saint Michaels Convent School, University of Karachi, Bahria University, Szabist University, IBA Karachi and for the last four years at SUKKUR IBA University. She has also conducted workshop for HEC USAID on personality development. Previously before joining Sukkur IBA, she was working in IBA, Karachi. She has also started her wellbeing clinic and offers counseling services https://www.naimawellbeingclinic.com/. Developed counseling unit in the Department of Business Administration in SUKKUR IBA University from 2019 to 2023 Naima is currently working in IQRA UNIVERSITY Gulshan Campus in the Business Administration Department as a Psychology teacher. Also pursuing her PhD in Psychology from the University of Karachi and have a vision of inculcating the understanding of human behavior, psychology, social psychology concepts with respect to business and counseling of clients and students.
