Dr. Rozina Sewani was a director, educationist, researcher, consultant, and country adviser with specialist training in teacher education/ leadership& management, youth, learning communities, mentoring & coaching, and project management. She is an educational leadership and management curriculum developer and is involved in the development of professionals with more than 20 years of multi-sectorial experience in results-based management, program design, resource management and mobilization, strategic planning, monitoring & evaluation, and research. Her areas of expertise include project management, education, and health workforce development, human and other resources development & management, learning organization, community involvement, public and private partnership, conflict management, women empowerment, and innovative approaches. development of indigenous trainers(training of trainers), planning, organizing, conducting, implementing, coordinating, monitoring & evaluating, budgeting, innovating, creating Youth & Family programs, developing community school teachers, headteachers & principals, and community midwives & tutors. Currently, she is an Associate Professor. Also, she is a Focal Person for the Sindh Education Foundation (SEF) for two schools (Hyderabad and Jamshoro). Awarded with two SEF–PSP schools. Also Independent Expert for SELD-PP-Node and SRSO two schools are Numaish School, Sukkur, and Sami at Khairpur in an underprivileged part of rural Sindh. Search Committee member for the appointment /posting of Director General, Regional Directors, and Principals in the College Education Department, Government of Sindh
