Biography

Dr. Pahi completed his PhD in Management from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), an AACSB-accredited institution, where he further honed his expertise in HRM. His academic journey includes a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the same university from 2022 to 2023, which allowed him to deepen his research contributions in the field. He also holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Sindh in Jamshoro, Pakistan, where he specialized in Management and HRM.

Throughout his career, Dr. Pahi has held various academic positions, including Lecturer and Associate Professor at institutions such as Pakistan Air Force KIET and Indus University. His roles have encompassed significant leadership responsibilities, including serving as Chairperson of the Faculty of Management Sciences and leading research committees. He has played a pivotal role in the academic development of numerous students, successfully supervising their PhD candidates to completion and overseeing over 50 MS and MBA students.

Dr. Pahi is actively engaged in research activities and has secured research grants, including a co-principal investigator role for a project at Sultan Qaboos University in Oman. His research interests and contributions have led to his involvement in various editorial and review roles for international journals, including the Academy of Management. He also serves as the Chief Editor for the International Journal of Business Strategy and Horizon (IJOBSH).

Dr. Pahi has both National and international teaching Experiences. He is also an active participant in academic conferences, where he has chaired sessions and contributed to discussions on strategic HRM, leadership, and organizational psychology. His dedication to advancing knowledge in his field and mentoring the next generation of professionals continues to shape the landscape of management education in Pakistan and beyond.
