An ambitious modern university situated in the heart of Karachi, Pakistan. We extend a warm welcome to international students from various countries around the world, offering foreign seats in both graduate and undergraduate degree programs. 

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

Students from different countries are selected based on the eligibility criteria of the intended programs offered by IU. The following documents are required by IU before enrollment:

• Certificates/Marks Sheet of HSSC/equivalent examination (duly attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of respective countries or its academic regulator).
• Equivalence Certificate of HSSC in required subjects/group and from Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) meeting the program-wise requirement of IU admission.
• Recent Photographs.
• Copy of Passport of the applicant.
• NOC issued by the home country for studying in Pakistan.
• NOC from HEC.
• Medical Fitness Certificate duly issued by the parent country showing no communicable/contagious disease, including HBV, HCV & HIV (AIDS). On-arrival medical tests as applicable under Pak Ministry of Health.
• All documents in a foreign language other than English must have a notarized English translation

SCHOLARSHIPS:

International students have the provision to apply directly to IU, get selected on merit, and pay the required fee accordingly. However, limited scholarships for international students selected by HEC may be available through the Government of Pakistan or HEC for students of OIC countries, Sri Lanka, and other countries as applicable.
