ABOUT

This program is designed to help professionals become confident and effective presenters. The focus will be on practical techniques to improve delivery, enhance audience engagement, and communicate ideas with clarity and impact. Participants will gain hands-on experience, receive personalized feedback, and learn strategies to present with confidence in various business settings. Whether it’s pitching an idea, leading a meeting, or delivering a formal presentation, this program will help unlock the secrets to delivering presentations that leave a lasting impression.

DAY 01:Laying the Foundation for Impactful Presentations

Pre-Program Assessment Activity:

Participants deliver a 2-minute presentation on any topic.

Module 1: The Psychology of Effective Presentations:

  • The role of confidence and authenticity in impactful communication.
  • Identifying the purpose of your presentation (Inform, Persuade, Entertain).

Module 2: Crafting a Clear and Compelling Message:

  • Structuring your presentation: the 3-Part Formula (Opening, Body, Closing).
  • Adapting your message to stakeholders and business scenarios

Module 3: Overcoming Stage Fright and Nervousness:

  • Managing stage fright: proven techniques for staying calm and focused.
  • Tips to transform nervous energy into a dynamic presence.

Module 4: Mastering Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication:

  • Voice modulation: volume, pitch, and pace.
  • Effective body language: gestures, eye contact, and movement.

Module 5: Storytelling for Impactful Presentations:

  • The elements of a good story.
  • Incorporating storytelling into business contexts to enhance memorability.

Day 1 Wrap-Up:

  • Reflection activity: Participants identify personal strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Participants practice short sections of their presentations with peer.

Day 02:

Module 6: Designing Visual Support that Enhances Delivery:

  • Principles of slide design: simplicity, clarity, and focus.
  • Tools and tips for creating professional, engaging visuals.

Module 7: Capturing and Sustaining Audience Attention:

  • Using questions, polls, and humor effectively.
  • Adjusting delivery based on audience feedback.

Module 8: Persuasive Presentation Techniques:

  • Balancing logic, emotion, and authenticity to influence audiences.
  • Handling tough questions and objections with poise.

Final Presentation Activity

  • Recorded Post-Presentation: Participants deliver their revised presentations.
  • Evaluation by trainers and peers based on pre-defined criteria (confidence, clarity, engagement, and improvement).

Feedback and Reflection:

  • Trainers provide constructive feedback, comparing pre- and post-presentation videos to highlight improvements.

Fees

50,000/- Per Participants

Exclusive Plan:

  1. 20% for 3 to 5 participants from the same organization.
  2. 25% for 6 or more participants from the same organization.
  3. 30% for IU faculty, staff and Alumni
  4. 25% for IU employees’ family members
  5. 25% for faculty & staff of other universities

Admission policy

Applications will be screened with regard to the suitability of the individual participant profile for the program. Kindly ensure the submission of your online application by the deadline. Our online application form is available at the given link

*Seats in the program will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Program Fee

The fee includes tuition costs, reading material, tea, and lunch served during the program.

Substitutes/Transfer and refunds

If you are unable to attend a registered course, we will accept a substitute until 2 working days before the program. Substitute candidates will be subject to the same selection process as the original one. If you wish to cancel your name from a program, please notify in writing or on call at least 5 working days before the program. In case of late cancellation, the course fee will be refunded after deducting an application processing fee of PKR 7,700/-

It is possible to transfer the deposited fee to any open enrolment program within 3 years. Transfers should be notified at least 5 working days before the program. In case the participant or sponsoring organization fails to utilize the funds within a year, the deposited fee will be forfeited

Note: CPLE may cancel or postpone a program due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. In this case, the university will refund the registration fee

In case of postponement, the fee may be transferred to the rescheduled offering of that program or any other program as an alternative to a refund. The University reserves the right to make changes in its program policies
