On Saturday, July 19th, 2025, Iqra University had the distinct honour of hosting a delegation from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan at its newly established Hyderabad Campus. The visit marked a significant milestone in the university’s expansion and commitment to academic excellence in the region.
The HEC team was warmly welcomed by Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Nassar Ikram and Prof. Dr. Imtiaz Hussain, Campus Director of Iqra University Hyderabad. The visit commenced with a comprehensive presentation led by the Campus Director, which highlighted the campus’s vision, strategic goals, and future development plans aimed at fostering innovation and academic growth.
The delegation was then given a guided tour of the state-of-the-art campus facilities, which include modern lecture halls, fully equipped laboratories, a resource-rich library, and a variety of amenities designed to support both students and staff. The HEC representatives commended Iqra University for its commitment to providing a high-quality academic environment and infrastructure aligned with contemporary educational standards.
During their visit, HEC officials also engaged in insightful discussions with faculty members and administrative staff. These conversations centred on academic practices, institutional quality assurance, and the shared mission of producing future-ready graduates.
