On June 30, 2025, the International Office of Iqra University proudly hosted a virtual Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony with the prestigious Clermont School of Business, France. This landmark agreement marks another step forward in IU’s mission to expand international academic partnerships and create enriching opportunities for students and faculty alike.
The ceremony was attended by esteemed representatives from both institutions. From the Clermont School of Business, the delegation included Richard Soparnot – Dean & CEO, Audrey Esteves – Head of International Relations, Mohamed Elzayadi – Recruitment Manager (International Students), and Sohaib Samdani.
The Iqra Business School was represented by the Dean of Business Administration, Dr. M. Zaki Rashidi, and his team.
Speaking at the event, Dr. Rashidi emphasised Iqra University’s position as one of Pakistan’s leading business schools, committed to academic excellence and innovation. Richard Soparnot praised the ongoing collaboration between the two institutions and expressed optimism for the future of this partnership.
Audrey Esteves outlined the exciting scope of the agreement, which will enable IU graduates to pursue their master’s degree at Clermont School of Business after completing their bachelor’s program at Iqra University. The partnership also includes faculty exchange opportunities, allowing professors from both institutions to teach, share expertise, and engage in joint academic initiatives across borders.
