On November 1, 2024, the Center for Professional Learning and Excellence at Iqra University organized a full-day training session titled Customer Service Excellence: Building Lasting Impressions for the university’s admission staff. The session was expertly facilitated by Ranjeet Kumar, a renowned Corporate Trainer with over 15 years of experience in the field. The training aimed to develop and refine the skills of the admission staff, focusing on communication strategies, professional demeanor, and the effective handling of complex interactions. Through a mix of lectures, role-playing, and practical exercises, the session provided actionable insights and techniques that the staff can implement immediately in their roles.
