On July 31 & August 02, 2024, the training program on Effective Communication Skills, organized by Iqra University’s Center for Professional Learning and Excellence (CPLE), was designed to enhance the communication capabilities of mid-level employees from Dolmen Group. The two-day program focused on written communication skills, including business writing, email etiquette, and the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve efficiency. The training was facilitated by experienced trainers: Aseem Majid Rizvi and Madiha Munaf, who provided hands-on learning opportunities. The program concluded with a post-training assessment to gauge improvement, and feedback sessions were conducted to ensure the alignment of the training with participants’ needs.
