On November 28, 29, & 30, 2024, the Training of Trainers (TOT): Teaching Excellence Program conducted by renowned trainers Abbas Husain, Mohsin Tejani, and Dr. Tariq Mairaj Rasool Khan. This three-day specialized program aimed to prepare selected faculty members of Iqra University to take on the role of professional trainers within and beyond the institution.
The program focused on developing core training competencies, advanced instructional techniques, and practical strategies to foster interactive and participant-centered learning environments. This intensive program served as a platform to foster a network of IU faculty trainers committed to excellence, continuous improvement, and the advancement of educational quality.
