Dr. Muhammad Muzammil Ghayas is an Associate Professor and holds a PhD degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resource Management. He has been associated with IQRA University since 2016. Before joining IQRA, he spent over 8 years in the industry and has served Evincible Solutions (Pvt) Ltd as a Software Consultant and Manager Human Resources. While working at Evincible, he was part of teams that were responsible for designing and implementing software applications (ERP systems, CRM systems and Human Resource Management Systems) for various organizations in Pakistan and abroad. Dr. Ghayas is also actively engaged in research and has over 30 research papers and a book chapter on his credit.
