Dr. Ume Sumayya is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in academia and professional development. She is an accomplished Associate Professor of Human Resource Management and dedicated Program Advisor for the Business Department at IQRA University Karachi. With over 15 years of experience in higher education, she earned her Ph.D. in Human Resource Management in 2020. Dr. Sumayya is an active researcher,

Dr. Sumayya's influence extends to academic mentorship, having successfully supervised over 300 research projects, hundreds of MBA theses, and M.Phil theses. She serves as a reviewer and examiner for international and national journals, including Cogent Business & Management, Reviews of Management Sciences, Journal of Marketing Strategies, Global Management Journal for Academic & Corporate Studies, Production and control Management, and various industrial research projects across universities.
