Aemon is an accomplished academic and researcher with a strong foundation in computer science and programming. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at the University of Karachi, where she is enrolled and building on her extensive academic background. Aemon holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the same institution, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
Aemon’s teaching career spans over several years, where she has held various positions in reputable institutions. Most recently, she served as a full-time lecturer and Head of the Department at PAF KIET (Karachi Institute of Economics and Technology) from March 2022 to January 2023, teaching courses such as Programming Fundamentals, Operating Systems, and Artificial Intelligence. Prior to this role, she was a cooperative teacher at FAST University, where she taught subjects including Data Structures and Automata Theory. Aemon also has experience as a visiting faculty member at the University of Karachi, where she taught introductory computer science courses.
Her MPhil thesis focused on “Developing Primary and Secondary Information Database of Ubiquitin Specific Protease,” highlighting her interest in computational biology and database development. The project involved creating a dedicated database for Ubiquitin Specific Proteases, showcasing Aemon’s ability to integrate programming with biological research.
Aemon’s technical skills include proficiency in several programming languages such as C, Java, and C#.NET, as well as experience with database management systems like MySQL. Her academic projects demonstrate her expertise in compiler construction, algorithms, and financial accounting simulations.
