Purpose
To enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through the effective management of all social media platforms. This position requires a proactive approach to planning/monitoring comments, messages, events coverage, and posting, with a strong focus on communication alignment.
Eligibility Criteria
Fresh or 1 year of experience in community management, social media, events, or marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Utilize scheduling tools to schedule and publish social media content efficiently.
Monitor social media platforms and actively manage and respond to comments, messages, and live chats.
Ensure a positive and supportive online community by moderating comments and fostering engagement.
Capture photos and videos of university events and seminars for impactful social media stories and testimonials.
Collaborate with the copywriter to craft captivating captions, headlines, and calls to action.
Work with other departments to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
Ensure captions are accurately written, and relevant individuals are appropriately tagged when necessary.
Actively engage with followers, address concerns, and resolve issues to foster a positive online community.
Develop and nurture a team of influencers/students who can actively comment on our posts.
Prepare comprehensive reports on social media performance and key metrics to optimize ongoing strategies.
