IU ORIC Manager Conducts Scorecard Briefing Sessions for HoDs Across Campuses
From April 17 to 30, 2025, Ms. Zareesh Zehra, Manager ORIC at IQRA University, led a series of strategic briefing sessions with Heads of Departments (HoDs) at IU North, Airport, and Main campus, focusing on the ORIC Scorecard framework.
As the FY 2024–25 approaches closure and scorecard submissions near, these sessions were aimed at ensuring clarity, alignment, and preparedness in meeting the set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Ms. Zareesh’s initiative reflects a proactive effort to promote a deeper understanding of ORIC’s objectives and streamline reporting processes across the academic management.
These sessions play a vital role in strengthening institutional performance management and enhancing cross-campus collaboration toward research, innovation, and commercialization goals.
