Emotional Wellbeing Week 2026: Three Days of Awareness, Reflection, and Connection

Iqra University, in collaboration with its student societies, including the Drama Society and Wellbeing Society, successfully organized Emotional Wellbeing Week 2026, a three-day initiative dedicated to promoting mental and emotional wellness across campus.

The event brought together students through a series of engaging activities designed to encourage self-awareness, emotional resilience, and meaningful conversations about mental health. Throughout the week, participants had the opportunity to learn, reflect, and connect in a supportive environment that emphasized the importance of emotional wellbeing in both personal and academic life.

One of the key highlights of the week was a thought-provoking student drama performance that explored themes of emotional wellbeing, self-awareness, and the value of supporting one another through life’s challenges. Through powerful storytelling and creative expression, the students delivered meaningful messages that resonated with the audience and encouraged open dialogue about mental health.

The week also featured a variety of interactive activity stalls focused on emotional wellness. These activities provided students with opportunities to engage in awareness-building experiences, express their thoughts, and gain valuable insights into maintaining emotional balance and wellbeing.

The enthusiastic participation of students throughout the three-day event reflected the growing importance of mental health awareness within the university community. The vibrant atmosphere and collaborative efforts of the organizing societies contributed to creating a positive space where students felt encouraged to share, learn, and support one another.

Through initiatives such as Emotional Wellbeing Week, Iqra University continues to demonstrate its commitment to fostering a caring, inclusive, and emotionally healthy campus environment. By encouraging conversations around mental health and providing platforms for engagement and reflection, the University aims to empower students with the knowledge and support needed to thrive both academically and personally.
