IU ORIC organized an advanced workshop titled “Grant Winning Strategies and High Impact Proposal Design” at the North Campus, with participation from all faculties. A highly experienced team from AKU, with a strong record of securing national and international research grants worth millions, led the training.
The workshop focused on key areas of grant success, including developing strong research questions and aims, budget preparation and justification, and practical insights into successful research funding journeys. Faculty members were also given the opportunity to draft funding proposals during the session and receive direct feedback from the facilitators.
