Iqra University, in collaboration with its Student Society, celebrated Pakistan’s 79th Independence Day through “Rang De Pakistan”, a vibrant wall art initiative that brought together creativity, patriotism, and student expression. The event provided students with a unique opportunity to celebrate their connection with Pakistan through art, transforming ordinary walls into colourful expressions of national pride and identity.
Painting the Spirit of Pakistan
Through vibrant colours, creative designs, and meaningful artistic expressions, students brought the spirit of Pakistan to life. Each artwork reflected different aspects of the country’s heritage, unity, culture, and hopes for the future. The initiative allowed students to express their creativity while celebrating the values and ideals that make Independence Day meaningful.
Creativity Meets Patriotism
Rang De Pakistan demonstrated how art can become a powerful medium for expressing national identity. The participation of students added energy and enthusiasm to the celebration, creating a lively environment where creativity and patriotism came together. From colourful patterns to patriotic imagery, the walls became a visual representation of the students’ love for their homeland and their vision for a brighter Pakistan.
A Celebration by the Iqra Community
The event also highlighted the role of student societies in creating engaging experiences beyond the classroom. By providing students with a platform to participate, create, and collaborate, Rang De Pakistan encouraged a strong sense of community and belonging. The vibrant artwork now stands as a reflection of the creativity, passion, and patriotic spirit of the Iqra University community.
