Iqra University Hosts International Workshop on Advanced Knee Assessment and Injury Prevention

Iqra University North Campus recently organized a specialized workshop titled “Knee Pain to Performance: Hands-On Advanced Assessment and Injury Prevention Strategies,” providing participants with an opportunity to enhance their clinical knowledge and practical skills in musculoskeletal assessment and rehabilitation.

The workshop was facilitated by Stephen Mutch, an internationally recognized expert with extensive experience in elite sports performance, injury prevention, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Bringing global expertise and industry best practices to the session, he delivered valuable insights into the assessment, management, and prevention of knee-related injuries.

Designed as an interactive and hands-on learning experience, the workshop brought together faculty members and healthcare professionals who actively participated in practical demonstrations and evidence-based clinical discussions. Participants gained advanced knowledge of assessment techniques, rehabilitation strategies, and injury prevention approaches aimed at improving patient outcomes and athletic performance.
