The Faculty Industry Placement Program 1.0 at IU ORIC has successfully connected academia and industry, showcasing the power of collaboration. This program, a vision of Dr. Nassar Ikram, Vice Chancellor of IQRA University, is being actively implemented by Ms. Zareesh Zehra, Manager of IU ORIC. Through strategic partnerships with leading companies such as Al-Rahim Textile Industries Limited, Matco Foods Limited, Therapy Works, Sui Southern Gas Company Limited, and Telemart, our faculty members have promoted IQRA University’s academic excellence while gaining valuable insights into various industries.
Understanding the unique challenges faced by these industries, our faculty proposed tailored solutions, leading to collaborative projects that addressed specific industry needs. These projects not only identified cutting-edge products and methodologies but also contributed to enhancing the competitiveness of the partnering companies.
On the academic side, faculty members gained invaluable real-world experience by applying theoretical knowledge to practical challenges.
