"Imagine - Institute of Futures Studies" is a research institute at Iqra University. It is the first institute of future studies in a Pakistani university. "Imagine" is an integral part of the vision of the Vice-Chancellor of Iqra University, Professor Dr. Wasim Qazi, to transform Iqra University into a university of the 4th industrial age. Iqra University academics from diverse disciplines like humanities, social and health sciences, business and media studies, information technology, and engineering are collaborating with "Imagine" to construct preferred futures and its roadmaps for Pakistan and the regional developing countries. Our goal is to initiate collaboration on micro, meso, and macro levels to broaden our spectrum for moulding the present to create a sustainable, equitable, and humane future. Construct and offer introductory and advanced courses, certificates, diplomas, and lifelong learning programs. Lifelong learning programs improvise individual skills and understanding of the world and provide better opportunities for improving quality of life.
Organize seminars, webinars, workshops, conferences to introduce stakeholders to the conceptual frameworks, paradigms, methods, techniques, tools, tactics, strategies, and skillsets for designing models of futures and roadmaps to reach the preferred future.
