On June 13, 2025, an inspiring leap toward global academic integration unfolded online as Iqra University (Pakistan) and SEGi University & Colleges (Malaysia) inked a pioneering Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The hour-long virtual ceremony, held on Zoom from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM, brought together top leadership and strategic thinkers from both institutions, united by a shared vision of transforming higher education through collaboration and innovation.
Distinguished attendees included Prof. ChM. Dr. Sharon Teh, Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Srikumar, Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Ir. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tan Yong Chai, Dean, Faculty of Engineering, Built Environment & Information Technology, and Director of the Research Collaboration and Mr. Tan Kheng Por, Director, Global Partnerships & Operations, Faculty of Education, Languages, Psychology & Music from SEGi University & Colleges, Malaysia while Prof. Dr. Nassar Ikram, Vice Chancellor/President, Mr. Aseem M.
